In as much as we have been drawn by the Holy Spirit of God to receive the revelation of Jesus Christ, and by our mutual profession of faith in Christ and the finished, victorious work of the cross, being reconciled back to the Father by His grace through our faith and baptism into the name and fellowship of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we now, solemnly and in sincerity of heart, in the presence of Almighty God, His angels, and this assembly, enter into this covenant with one another as one body in Christ. 

We therefore resolve, by the aid of The Lord and for the success of this church in His sight, to:

We, moreover, commit that should we ever depart from this body, we will, as soon as possible, unite with another body of believers where we may carry out the spirit of this covenant in harmony with God's Holy Word.
